About the terms and condition are entered into by and between Service Provider (hereinafter will be referred as “Artist”,”I”,”Me”,”My”, or “Mine”), Service User (hereinafter will be referred as “You”,”Your”,”User” or “Client”). By doing commission request and paying for the service, You have agreed to follow these “Terms & Conditions”. The failure of fulfilling the rules below will allow Me to cancel the commission and no refunds will be provided at all.

Every payment offers stated on the website is just a rough estimate of a personal commission. Client are needed to state the usage of the commissioned material. If no usage purpose of the commissioned material that being told to Me, the commission will be treated as Personal usage commission.

l During the ordering process, You are required to provide detailed and clear image reference(s).
l Artwork will be processed within 2 – 3 week duration for rendered illustration and character design, For colored sketch, the process will take 1-2 week. Additional day(s) is possibility, due to complexities and commission queue(s).
l Artwork due date (Deadline) can be told before the commissioning process (if needed), especially if the order has a tight deadline. I suggest ordering at least one month before the deadline (one-month notice).
l I have the full right to reject Your commission if I deem it impossible or unconfortable.
l Copyright of the sketch design and unused concept art will be Mine, and unauthorized usage without My Consent will be prohibited.

Personal usage

For Personal·usage, every copyright of the respective artwork(s) that is commissioned will be Mine (Artist). Client (User) have the right to use the material as long as the said commission does not provide any profit in matters of fame, money, and exposure to Client.

(Exception will be made if the commissioned material is based on Client’s/User’s original character, the copyright owner of the character will not be transferred over and still be held by Client)

Every personal usage artwork will be uploaded on My social media without any notification to the Client. If a postpone is needed for a specific period, You must notify Me during the commissioning period. If no request is being told, Artist will upload the art unnotified after completion of the drawing.

Commercial usage

Commercial usage commission cost will be added an additional fee (Doubled or x2).

Commercial works that have been ordered can only be used in accordance with what has been discussed and agreed upon.

Payent

Every payment will use USD ($), and payment will be accepted through PayPal Invoice or Wise.
Paid cost may be increased due to the complexity of the Commission request.
Payment must be made once You received the rough sketch of the artwork.
Payment can be done upfront and paid in full. Partial payment is possible with at least 50% deposit during the start of the commission and 50% after the Artwork is completed if the order is above $100, or partial payment on every stages of the art if order is above $300.
HD files with no watermark will be provided once all payments are received.

Cancellation

Cancellation of the commission can be done before and during the Rough sketch stage.
If cancellation is requested after entering the Detailed sketch stage, no refund will be provided.
Within the one-month period (for full payment) and 3 weeks (for partial payment), client does not respond to any contact I made without prior notice from the client, the commission is deemed as canceled and there will be no further process added to the commissioned artwork and no refunds will be given.
Refunds will only be made when I have to cancel your commission.

Detailed sketch
In this stage of the process, you can ask for revision of the sketch, maximum at 3x revisions
Coloring
In this stage of the process, you can ask for Color revision of the artwork, maximum at 3x revisions

Rendered Illustration

Rough sketch
In this stage of the process, I will provide several concept sketch that You can choose. Revision of the sketch can be made for the desired sketch, maximum at 3x revisions.
Detailed sketch
In this stage of the process, you can ask for revision of the sketch, maximum at 3x revisions
Base color
In this stage of the process, you can ask for Color revision of the base color, maximum at 3x revisions.
Render
In this stage of the process, you can ask for minor revision of the art, maximum at 3x revisions

Character Sheet

Vignette

Additional revision is possible throughout the stages, but it will be treated as additional cost.
